Questions, answered

The things people most often ask about running their billing on JEB. Still curious? We're an email away.

Most teams are live in a matter of days. You connect to one REST API, point us at your customers and line items, and JEB handles invoicing, delivery, retries and reconciliation behind the scenes.

Each plan includes everything in the plans below it. Starter ($49, 1–50 accounts): the full billing API and webhooks, JEB-managed collection, and 48-hour payouts to your account — invoices are sent by JEB using a clean standard template. Growth ($199, 51–500 accounts) adds customizable email templates, sending from your own domain (SMTP) so invoices look like they came from you, and the option to connect your own card/ACH processor. Professional ($699, 500+ accounts) removes the JEB banner from emails entirely (fully white-label) and adds custom pricing logic and metered billing. Enterprise (custom, high volume) adds a dedicated account manager, an uptime SLA, and volume pricing.

On Growth and above, yes. JEB delivers invoices through your own SMTP, so they arrive looking like they came directly from you — your domain, your branding — and your email templates become fully customizable (set colors or provide your own CSS). On Starter, invoices are sent by JEB from [email protected] using a clean standard template.

On Starter and Growth, invoice emails include a small 'Billing Provided By' JEB banner at the bottom. On Professional and Enterprise, that banner is removed completely — your invoices are 100% your brand, fully white-label.

Two ways, available on every plan: let JEB pull the payment on the invoice and deposit the funds to your account within 48 hours. Or, from the Growth plan up, plug in your own credit-card and ACH processor to collect payments directly. (Starter uses JEB-managed collection.)

Yes, from the Growth plan up — set your accent colors or provide your own CSS so invoices match your brand. Starter uses our clean standard template. You can try both live on the API & Docs page.

An account is a customer you bill. Starter covers 1–50 accounts, Growth 51–500, and Professional 500+. If you're billing very high volume, an Enterprise plan gives you custom pricing and dedicated support.

Always. Your customers and billing data are yours — export them at any time over the API. We're the infrastructure that runs your billing; we don't lock you in.

Yes — the same API runs from your first invoice to enterprise volume. You move up a tier as your account count grows; there's no migration or re-platforming.

Reach out and tell us roughly how many accounts you bill each month. We'll get you on the right plan and walk you through connecting the API.
